1. Shipping

Delivery

All orders are delivered during business hours, preferably to a business address. Couriers are unfortunately not able to specify an exact delivery time. We are currently unable to cater to any additional delivery requests including, but not limited to: express shipping, selection of specific delivery date or times and weekend deliveries.

New Zealand Fundraising Ltd do not take any responsibility for any stolen goods if delivered to a home address or attentioned to leave at premises. 

Upon arrival of your package, please note any damage to the box as well as any damage to the goods themselves. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe please refuse the package. There is no need to refuse all delivered packages if most are in good condition.

Orders received will be despatched within 2 business days (not including weekends) and delivery can vary from one (1) business day to up to five (5) business days depending on location.

Freight charges

After selecting your preferred products that you wish to purchase, a freight charge will be applied based on the weight of the order. The final freight cost for your order can be viewed during checkout and may change depending on additional items that you have added to your cart.

Free freight applies for orders over $200 (inc GST), subject to location. In very exceptional cases where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote delivery locations, inner city deliveries, island deliveries, etc.), New Zealand Fundraising Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order or charge freight to help absorb a portion of the costs.

2. Refund

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on colour powder and accessories purchased through Monty the Monstar Colour Powder.

3. Damaged or faulty returns

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please notify New Zealand Fundraising Ltd within 7 days of receiving the goods to receive a replacement (if available) or a refund.

You may be required to send us images of the effected products for further assessment. New Zealand Fundraising Ltd will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a refund. Any refund is made by direct debit to your chosen bank account.
